On the site and by email. Picks arrive in advance — the author states a target lead time in the coverage, but entries close at kick-off in any case.

There is nothing to cancel: there is no auto-renewal. Access runs for the paid period and ends by itself; a reminder arrives three days beforehand.
No, and nobody can guarantee it. What the platform guarantees is different: that the pick was locked before kick-off and the statistics have not been rewritten afterwards.
